We recently had the pleasure of creating this simple and elegant wedding ceremony set up at Orleigh Park in Brisbane’s West End. With our fresh white Americana chairs in an arched set up and tree hanging décor creating a stunning backdrop for the bride and groom to become husband and wife.Orleigh Park has 3 designated ceremony sites all looking over the Brisbane river. There are also plenty of facilities on site including BBQ’s, sheltered picnic bench areas and toilets which could easily be taken advantage of to compliment post ceremony refreshments and canapés or a picnic in the park style wedding reception. Wedding site bookings can be made through Brisbane City Council.
Brisbane Wedding Decorators are thrilled to have received a Certificate of Excellence from Easy Weddings for the year 2013.
What makes us so happy is that it was our brides and grooms that consistently reviewed us with the highest possible 5 star rating for the service and ceremony styling we provide.
It is so rewarding to receive such fantastic feedback from our couples and we will continue to update our ceremony styling items, ensuring our packages are unique, of the highest possible quality and are in line with our vision of providing contemporary, elegant and chic wedding ceremony set ups in Brisbane and surrounding areas.
Thank you to everyone who left a 5 star review for us and for allowing us to be a part of your special day, doing what we love to do best.

We were absolutely thrilled to be invited to collaborate with an incredible team of very generous and very talented wedding professionals to surprise this very deserving couple with a surprise vow renewal ceremony.
Melissa and Aaron met and fell in love when they were sweet young teenagers, many years and 3 daughters later they set a date for their wedding to take place in the ceremony gardens at The Glen Hotel in Eight Mile Plains, they shared a wonderful day with family and friends, however the memories of the day remained as just that, memories as sadly the newlyweds never received a single image from their original wedding photographer.
Their story made it’s way back to 2 very thoughtful and generous individuals, Deb of Boots Photography and Anne of The Rose Room who coincidently had been planning a vintage/ retro style photo shoot, incorporating Annes divine vintage china collection.
Before we knew it, Deb had pulled together a team of fantastic wedding suppliers including Giulia Ponticello Mobile Makeup Artist and Tegan from Blossom and Twine. The pinnacle of the day was a big surprise to the couple, Deb arranged for Ciara Hodge from Brisbane City Celebrants, their original Celebrant to put together and perform a surprise vow renewal ceremony mid photo shoot to allow the couple to re-live the special moments of their day only this time have those memories captured.
The Brisbane Wedding Decorators team had the pleasure of styling our elegant arch and creating a ceremony set up to fit with the retro vintage theme, so we draped our ceremony arch with lace and our signature chandelier creating a gorgeous back drop for the surprise vow renewals, without subtracting from the beautiful country surrounds.
The day was a huge success and as you can see the photos by Boots Photography are gorgeous. Having this vow renewal ceremony featured on Polka Dot Bride made this day even more special for all involved.
